The Google Adroid platform for mobile devices is getting ready to go now. Supported by Taiwanese handset maker HTC,  Google Android device will be called the Dream.

There is some mechanism for sliding the display out of the way to use the keyboard and Engadget has created a mock-up of a device that has these characteristics. HTC announced last year that they would be the first to market with a Google Android device, but Samsung is also working hard to roll out their device.
